Service without limits

Each service solution from Mercatus focuses on reducing operating costs and improving the production result. We make sure that your processes run smoothly and efficiently regardless of whether you have a service contract, call us in when you don't have time yourself or call for help with acute shutdowns.

The service team has solid experience and a wealth of expertise. Over the course of the years, we have built a well-developed system for the exchange of experience and spread of skills. We have collected valuable tips and advice in an experience database. These are things you seldom read about. And something that you as a service customer can benefit from!

Support and aftermarket

We naturally provide technical support.

The service team will gladly advise you on various types of self-check points and tips on wear components that should be kept on hand. We also offer all of our customers training in seminar form, where we focus on technology, function and maintenance.

At our facility in Vimmerby we can offer professional servicing of products and units when this cannot be done onsite.

We have a large spare parts inventory. Most accessories and wear components can be delivered on very short notice.
