How we built our organisation


The organisation consists of 15 employees, of which most are technicians. All production is entrusted to selected subcontractors, located as close to Vimmerby as possible. Final assembly is done under the leadership of our own employees either at our facility and/or at the end customer.

Turnover is increasing steadily and the strategic key areas for 2005 – 2008 will provide long-term profitability and maintainable growth based on strong customer satisfaction, high job satisfaction and a satisfactory profit.

Our basic philosophy is to safeguard and care for the resources we have. When you look at the whole picture, it is the employees, customers and the environment that form the core.

With the shared values, the common vision and the well thought-out strategic work to develop technology and working methods, we have laid the cornerstone for continued positive growth.

When in the spring of 2000 we were at the crossroads of resting on our laurels or taking the chance to focus on growth, we chose the latter. A decisive factor for success when it comes to growth in a knowledge company is its organisation. It is for this reason that we decided to build a strong, efficient and growth-oriented organisation.
