The team and process-oriented organisational model is the result of the change work initiated with joint team development.

During the first and most intense phase, we sought the help of a behavioural scientist and an adventurer. FIRO is the theoretical organisational model that serves as our base. It describes in simple terms a group's development, maturity and effectiveness at various stages.
